I had this idea of a combined Highscores, that would add stats from 07 and RS3. I know a lot of you only play one game, but for the people who play both, it's a fun idea. For example, I would have 99+86= 185 cooking on that Highscores. This could also be a little bridge between both games for some more peace:).So if there's someone out there who is smart and finds this fun to do, I'm looking forward to it.EDIT: Because there were some misunderstandings:This is only for people who take both games seriously, on one account. The rankings would be based on levels and experience, just as the normal Runescape Highscores. The number one would have 200m in all skills, on both games.

Total levels will count over exp etc.The fact that a 07 player would be lower ranked than an RS3 player, but did more effort, doesn't matter. He just took the slower path in the Highscore table. When he will max on RS3, and the RS3 player on 07, he will be overtaking the RS3 player.It's like first choosing to do the easy skills on RS3, having a lower rank than some players, but still being able to max out earlier.

The path taken doesn't matter.So the Highscores table would work, for players who take both games seriously and play on one account. I like the idea of OP's rankings ultimately being based on the combined RS3+OSRS levels, ignoring that combined level largely ignores the allure of the idea, I think.Yes, sure, some guy with 98 Runecrafting on OSRS put in a lot more effort than someone who got 99 on RS3 and is it kind of weird that the one with the RS3 level 99 is higher ranked? But I'm also ahead of countless players who have billions of EXP despite myself only having a bit over 500M EXP, simply because they haven't trained invention and I have. Highscores aren't necessarily 'fair', and that's okay as long as they have a solid and sensible metric on which they rank people.It naturally could also hit on the best of both worlds like this - Total levelTotal EXPRS3 levelRS3 EXPOSRS levelOSRS EXPCombined levels determining ranking seems like the only sensible way to actually rank people under their system, so of course they should be listed and used.
