We are a bit late to the party on this one but figured we would release the game all the same.As mentioned in a, Flappy Golf or Golfy Bird as it is known on Android, was a fun little one day project we did during the hay day of the FlappyJam. Initially we were not going to release it but after playing it and getting lots of positive feedback, we decided what the heck? Why not?Flappy Golf is just a simple stripped down version of Super Stickman Golf 2®. In fact it is almost just another mode for the game.

We reused all the same courses but then took out all the characters, hats, power ups, levelling and just made it so you could “flap” your way to the hole instead of shooting for under par. Cubis 2 big fish games. Star ratings are given to the amount of flaps it takes for you to get to the hole and that is pretty much it.

Being a game-jam game, we didn’t want to treat this like a big release or anything.Each hole can be played separately instead of being “tour based” like the original game and you must collect stars to open up new courses. However we wanted everyone to just have fun and play the game so any type of star will work to open later courses.So far people really seem to be enjoying the game though so there is chance if enough people demand it, we might update it to include the classic multiplayer that everyone loves with SSG2. Can you imagine 8 balls flapping at once to the hole? Sounds ridiculous so we might just do it. Flap the ball across the coarse in a late sequel of golf game called Flappy Golf 2 by Noodlecake Studios Inc. There are many scenarios and many levels to these scenarios. All you have to do is to flap the golf ball so that it lands correctly in the hole. Use the physics of the environment. Make it help you land correctly so that you get gold stars for each perfect landing in hole.

So, this is the time on earth where golf balls have flaps on either side and they can fly on your click. Now this will make things pretty easy for real golfers. But too bad as it is just a game! While things are pretty tricky here. First you will enter the first coarse where each hole has a limit of moves to grant you with a gold, silver or bronze star respectively. So, try you brains and see if you can make it to the hole with very less flaps. The least amount of moves gets you gold while it keeps on deteriorating if your moves increase. Also, the limit varies from hole to hole. Furthermore, you cannot allow your ball to land on a surface from where it cannot take a flight e.g. do not let it land on mud.

Moreover, as you proceed and the number of holes you complete, increases, you will find things tougher. There will be narrow paths to holes or hidden holes and it will take more than one attempt to get the ball to hole. The number of holes you have covered is given on top of screen. While the moves you are currently making is mentioned on top of the ball. Once you complete one coarse, you can unlock the other one and flap there too. There are more than 25 coarse for you to play in. Also, you can go multiplayer and challenge others to make it happen in lesser moves than yours. This addictive game takes on the mind with storm and keeps you going on and on.
